The family Bible begins with the marriage of Jesse S. Perrine of Lexington, Missouri and his marriage to Sabra Haskell of Camden, Missouri. The family Bible contains names and dates of the Perrine and Abernathy families. Record of births, marriages, and deaths are written on the family record pages of the Bible.

This collection contains family history information for the Petree and Plumb families, including: a manuscript, name index, notes, genealogy charts, and a diary. Significant gaps for which no records exist: 1895-1927 and 1927-1996.

This collection contains pages from a scrapbook of family history and genealogy research conducted by Jean A. Sampson McConnell. This includes materials such as family trees, as well as photocopies and original documents related to family history, such as flyers, deeds, census records, burial information, and photographs.

This collection contains genealogical descendant charts for the Olthoff, Keefe, Puterbaugh, Krase, Brown, and Chandler families. The Pleasant Poteet family group also has a descendant chart included.

This collection consists of the family Bible for the Benjamin Howland Smith family. This Bible contains family records for births, marriages, and deaths for Benjamin, his wife Silvia Slocum, and their children. The records also contain information on Benjamin’s second wife, Rebecca Kirby. Also included in this collection are the scanned family record pages, a pamphlet found in the Bible dated 1959, and a family unit chart.

This collection contains the genealogical research done by Stella Strickler Tharp. Stella focused on her maternal and paternal lines as well as her husband’s maternal and paternal lines. These surnames include Botts, Newson, Strickler, and Tharp. Each surname has family history and genealogy research in addition to photographs, ephemera, and vital record information. There is also biographical information complied by the donor as well as a photograph album for the Strickler family.

This collection consists of a family record book for the William Lafayette Thomas family. The book begins with genealogical information for William and continues this family’s genealogy through great-grandchildren. There is also genealogy information for those who married into this family line.

Shawnee Masonic Lodge #54 presented the family Bible to Maxine (McCollum) Treas on 20 April 1988. The family record pages are written in the same handwriting except for Maxine’s death date. The record pages include information on Maxine and her husband, her grandparents, child, and grandchildren.
