Krebs Family Collection
Scope and Contents
This collection contains the genealogical research, family photographs, and correspondence of Arthur Krebs. The genealogy research contains census, military, land, vital, and other miscellaneous records. In addition, there are numerous family unit charts as well as other genealogy research. There is also a family history of one of Arthur Krebs’ ancestors, John Hiram Ingrum. Also contained within this collection are records in German that relate to Arthur’s genealogy research.

Biographical / Historical
Arthur S. Krebs, Jr. was born in Kansas City, Missouri on January 9, 1916. He married Lorine Fisher on December 8, 1935 in Jackson County, MO. They lived in Kansas City, MO where Arthur worked as an electrician. They had three children. In addition to being a member of First United Methodist Church in Blue Springs, MO, Arthur was also a member of the Sons of the American Revolution. Arthur died on August 8, 1999.
