Marjorie Cation Collection
This collection contain genealogy research for the Norman, Allen, Cort, Cation, Cannady, Griffith, Ross, Steele, and Wuebbold families. This collection also contains family photographs, correspondences, an autograph book from 1938, and a newsletter from Zion Lutheran Church in St. Louis, Missouri.
Mayme Gazlay Laycox Collection
McInteer, Poertner, and Robinson Families Papers
This collection consists of photographs, documents, and correspondence relating to the McInteer, Poertner, and Robinson families. These families intermarried and had other interactions. The documents series contains mostly legal items such as a will, real estate contact, and warranty deeds. Photographs are separated into series by surname. Other surnames found within this collection include Burden, Greene, Lock, McMahon, Scheperclaus, Schmidt, Twiehaus, Warren, and Weifcamp.
McIntosh Family Collection
The collection consists of family photos and CD’s with books, drafts of books, and genealogical research of family histories on the McIntosh and related families. A few CD’s contain oral histories or personal histories.
MGC Photograph Collection
The Midwest Genealogy Center receives donations relating to family history and genealogy. Photos that do not fit into existing collections become a part of the photo collection. Many photos have identifiable information with the photos or on the backs of the photos while others are unidentified. Many photos have come from estate sales or from donors who have no connection to the family.
Neva Flippen Beyer Collection
This collection consists of the genealogical research done by Neva Flippen Beyer. Her collection includes genealogical charts and forms for both her family; the Flippen family, and her husband’s family; the Beyer family. Additionally, research notes, correspondence, and documentation such as birth, death, marriage, census, and military records are included.
New Hope Baptist Church Scrapbooks
This collection contains the pages of scrapbooks about New Hope Baptist Church from 1967 to 2013. These pages include materials related to church services and events, and include materials such as photographs, letters, cards, programs, and flyers.
Newton Family Photographs
This collection consists of two photographs from the Newton family. One photograph is of Robert “Bob” Newton and Lula Ingram. The second photograph is of Bob, Lula, and their son Gale S. Newton.
